Bar Manager Jeremiah Duncan firmly believes there’s an occasion for everything, and the variety of Wood’s drink selection certainly reflects that. Jeremiah focuses on utilizing classic spirits and flavors in uncommon ways, putting a modern spin on traditional drink recipes. His appreciation of classic mixology also brings a distinct element of style and substance to Wood’s cocktail menu, evident in every aspect of his design--from tongue-in-cheek titles, to elegant, house-made infusions, to the clean, but carefully crafted presentation of every drink.
